The dreamy band ‘Keep Shelly in Athens’ took some time out of their busy schedule to answer some questions for aisu kurimu.
KSiA is made up of Sarah P., a young performing arts student and producer/musician RPR. This enigmatic Grecian duo has attracted a lot of attention, right away, since its debut EP ‘In Love With Dusk’, as well as with its remixes. This album was followed by a 7-inch single released on Transparent records. ‘Hauntin’ me’ is one of my favourite tracks. It has a great video by Jamie Harley.

What ice-cream flavour do you like the most?

I think I prefer the old-fashioned vanilla.

How do you make music? Any specific workflow or methods?

First of all RPR works in the music form on computer, then I write the lyrics.. After all we set up and rehearse the songs..

How do you make a living?

I am a student at a drama school.

How do you feel about people sharing your music?

Well it is great to know that there are people who support you and appreciate your work! we received that great vibes and we want to continue make more and better music!

Who was your musical hero(ins) when you were a kid?

When i was nine years old my teacher asked me the typical question “what do you want to become when you grow up?” and my answer was “i want to become nancy sinatra!” :)

What musical genre do you love but would never make yourself?

Phew..i really admire all that jazz performers.
They are amazing musicians, spontaneous, and great improvisers..
